With 11 years in the Industry, owner Tim Littlejohn is breaking through to the Colorado Northern Region. Tim started his education with an Associate of applied science in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning at Ivy Tech Community College, earned his Bachelor of Science in construction management from Indiana State University, and later received LEED AP BD+C credentials in sustainability from the United States Green Building Council. With a Class "A" General Contractors License Tim can tackle any project. With a large portion of his experience in planning and development, Tim can guarantee affordable and sustainable solutions to any project. 

 

Tim has worked with many familiar general contractors, architects, engineers, and subcontractors in the Northern Colorado Region. These values based relationships are what drives Nottingham's success.
